lets start off on sat.
went to sch, yet late again!
alright took cab yet again..
such a waste of money,
reach sch at ard 9+
teacher nv scold.
argh..

today chef teach us how to cook sauces & basic stocks.
chicken stocks, white sauce, roux etc..
lesson end 11? cant rmb...
head off to botak jones for lunch.
tried the sirloin steak.
ahhhhh~ not that good.

rush back to school for practical session
cooking time!!! : )
cut/chop/boil etc...
alvin and I was in a grp.
the "vins"
woah, aft the practical session our area is like a mess!
& we used up lots of pots & pans :x
cus we keep do wrong ! haha :D

sch end early, so went home first.
changed & rest awhile.
6pm when down to esplanade met up with buddy! :)
had dinner & listen to the char siow bao grp sang.
the singer (female) have a nice voice ! :D

aftermath head off to pasir ris to meet miss veggie : )
well bought strawberries for her.
lost it at white sands! :(
curse the stealer got bad luck! :@
